vet402 delivery records

One signed record per purchase vet402 made with its own money: what it paid, on which chain, and what came back.

1595 records published (1570 DELIVERED, 25 NOT_DELIVERED) for 151 sellers, from 2026-09-28. A later day's purchases appear here only after that day's records are built.

What is published

DELIVERED records are published. NOT_DELIVERED, MISMATCH and UNCLEAR records name a seller next to a failure, so they are published only after vet402 has told that seller, for the sellers listed in data/records/notified.json (host, or host#service for one service behind a shared host). Sellers told so far: 2.

The ranking pages already list each seller's failed purchases with their payments. What waits until the seller has been told is the signed record of a failure, not the fact that it failed.

A record proves that vet402 paid and what HTTP status came back at that time. It does not prove that the content was correct, or that the seller works now.

Daily roots

Every record of a day, published or not, is a leaf of that day's Merkle root, so a record cannot be added or dropped later without changing the root. Each record carries its proof.
